Whether you represent a world-ranked overseas university exploring Chinese partnerships, or a Chinese university building its international strategy, USIEA provides the bridge, the infrastructure, and the track record to make that partnership work.
For Overseas Universities
Building meaningful partnerships with Chinese universities is not straightforward. It requires years of relationship-building with university administrators, a deep understanding of how Chinese institutions make decisions, and the operational infrastructure to manage programs at scale — safely, reliably, and to a standard that reflects well on everyone involved.
With fifteen years of institutional presence in China, formal partnerships with 150+ Chinese universities, and a track record of 20,000+ students served across programs in five countries, USIEA provides overseas universities with everything they need to engage with Chinese higher education — without having to build it from scratch.
What We Offer
USIEA's established relationships with over 150 Chinese universities — including leading 985 and 211 institutions — give overseas partners immediate reach into China's higher education system.
USIEA handles the full program cycle: co-design with the Chinese university, student recruitment and preparation, logistical coordination, on-program support, and post-program reporting. Overseas partners bring the academic expertise and deliver the program.
Seven editions of our Student Study Abroad Intention Survey — reaching over 103,000 Chinese student respondents — means every student cohort is matched to a program they are genuinely prepared for and motivated to complete.
Every program USIEA facilitates is formally registered, academically assessed, and delivered in accordance with the standards of the host institution. An exceptional safety record across fifteen years of program delivery.
USIEA builds and maintains long-term institutional relationships — with sustained communication, annual program review, and continuous attention to alignment between the goals of both sides.
Preparing students well before they leave is as important as the program itself. For every student, USIEA provides comprehensive pre-departure orientation — covering academic expectations at the host institution, cross-cultural communication, and practical aspects of living and studying abroad.
How Programs Are Designed
Every program USIEA designs begins with a conversation. USIEA brings together three parties: the overseas institution and what it does best; the Chinese partner university and what its students need; and fifteen years of USIEA research and program delivery experience.
Programs are purpose-built for a specific Chinese university cohort — typically 20 or more students — in a defined discipline area such as medicine, artificial intelligence, engineering, science, or business. They are formally registered with the Chinese partner university and designed for credit recognition or professional certification where applicable.
The result is a program that serves the overseas university's institutional goals, advances the Chinese university's internationalization strategy, and delivers genuine academic value to every student who participates.

usieaglobal@gmail.comFor Chinese Universities
Chinese universities are navigating one of the most complex periods in the history of international education — rising MOE expectations, pressure to demonstrate genuine internationalization outcomes, and an increasingly competitive global landscape. The institutions that succeed are those with the right partnerships, the right preparation, and the right long-term support.
USIEA has been working alongside Chinese universities for fifteen years. Not as a study tour agent or a service provider — but as an embedded institutional partner, rooted in China's higher education system, connected to a portfolio of world-ranked overseas institutions, and committed to the kind of outcomes that advance your university's strategic goals.
All USIEA programs are designed in alignment with China's 2024–2035 Education Master Plan and the MOE's priorities for student exchange, faculty and leadership development, and international research collaboration.
What We Offer
Academically rigorous short-term programs at world-ranked universities in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Singapore — purpose-built for your students, formally registered, and designed around your institution's curriculum needs and student development goals.
Programs that place your faculty inside world-class international academic environments — building confidence in international teaching and research, expanding professional networks, and developing the cross-cultural competencies that support genuine institutional internationalization.
The Cambridge Leadership Program brings cohorts of senior university administrators to one of the world's great academic institutions each year for an intensive program in academic leadership, internationalization strategy, and cross-cultural institutional practice.
Since 2013, USIEA has conducted independent research on international education in China — eleven editions of the Chinese University Internationalization Practice Research, and seven editions of the Student Study Abroad Intention Survey reaching over 103,000 student respondents. Partner universities benefit directly from this research in program design and student preparation.
Preparing students well before they leave is as important as the program itself. For every student, USIEA provides comprehensive pre-departure orientation — covering academic expectations at the host institution, cross-cultural communication, and practical aspects of living and studying abroad.
20,000+ students served. 150+ Chinese university partners, including leading 985 and 211 institutions. 98.41% client satisfaction rating. An exceptional safety record across fifteen years of in-person program delivery — including a full refund of more than 300 students when COVID made travel impossible in 2020.
Every USIEA program is formally registered, formally authorized, and formally assessed — in full compliance with MOE requirements and aligned with China's 2024–2035 Education Master Plan. Your university's reputation is protected at every stage.
